At Barksdale Safety Solutions, our story is one of growth, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to SERVE.
Founded in 2019 by Chief Steward & Founder, Justin Barksdale, we began as a part-time safety consultancy, equipping frontline leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to create safer workplaces. Our focus was on leadership training and procedural development, ensuring that safety wasn’t just a requirement—it became a culture.
As our impact grew, so did our mission. In 2023, we expanded our services to include nationwide virtual American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification courses and safety staffing for oil & gas turnarounds. This expansion allowed us to support organizations in new, critical ways—ensuring teams had both the training and personnel needed to uphold the highest safety standards.
In 2024, our journey took another leap forward. Justin Barksdale became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, further aligning safety and leadership development. This milestone allowed Barksdale Safety to transition into a full-time, dedicated team passionate about equipping organizations with comprehensive safety solutions, leadership development, and world-class training.
